SoundHorse has distributors all over the world. Please refer to our distributor map to find your local SoundHorse distributor. Can’t find a local distributor? Use our site to order directly from SoundHorse.
How long will it take for my order to ship? +
Orders placed by noon will be sent out on the same day of receipt. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Where do you ship to? +
We ship orders worldwide. Our only exception would be EquAcrylic, which only ships via ground in the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico.
What company do you ship with? +
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location and desired delivery timeframe. These options will be displayed during checkout.
How are shipping costs calculated? +
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
Do you ship orders internationally? +

What is your return policy? +
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SoundHorse purchase. You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival and contacting us immediately if there are any issues. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

Do I have to pay return shipping? +
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return package for your protection.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

We are unable to consult on specific cases, but we strongly advise consulting your farrier or hoofcare professional before purchasing SoundHorse horseshoes.
