Where can I find SoundHorse Products?

SoundHorse has distributors all over the world. Please refer to our distributor map to find your local SoundHorse distributor. Can’t find a local distributor? Use our site to order directly from SoundHorse.
How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders placed by noon will be sent out on the same day of receipt. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Where do you ship to?

We ship orders worldwide. Our only exception would be EquAcrylic, which only ships via ground in the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico.
What company do you ship with?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SoundHorse purchase. You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

We are unable to consult on specific cases, but we strongly advise consulting your farrier or hoofcare professional before purchasing SoundHorse horseshoes.
