Burst-Pack Instructions

Open the outer foil pack and remove the pop-off divider from the inner poly-film burst packs (pre-polymer on one side and hardener on the other).

Start the mixing process by dragging the bag several times across a square edge.

Push all material to one end of the burst pack & open the pack by cutting off a small corner.

Empty burst-pack bag through the cut corner into a mixing cup.

Add SoundHorse black dye if desired and mix thoroughly.

Mixed adhesive has an approximate working time of 6-8 minutes at 70F. Working time has an inverse relationship to temperature.
TIP: Warm or cool the burst-pack before mixing to help control setting speed.
