The easiest way to remove Sigafoos shoes is by using a toeing knife and cutting between the sole of the foot and rim pad of the shoe, starting at one heel and moving to the other.
Alternatively, Sigafoos can be removed by inserting the blade of a utility knife between the hoof and the shoe, cutting the fabric or rasping in the same area. The cuff can then be carefully peeled off the hoof wall using pull-offs.
In most cases, the cuff will separate from the hoof wall, leaving a layer of adhesive that can be carefully removed with a rasp.
