Series III PLUS - Plate Assembly

| 1. Start with Series III cuff
and PLUS plate
|
2. Trace the shape you want onto plate | |
 |
 |
|
| 3. Cut the plate with a handheld jig saw
|
4. The cut piece can be deburred & the toe rolled | |
 |
 |
|
| 5. A farrier rasp will do the job
|
6. Grind the plate where the cuff will attach | |
 |
 |
|
| 7. Grind the cuff (lightly)
|
8. Place spacers on the plate | |
 |
 |
|
| 9. Apply adhesive to BOTH cuff & plate
|
10. Use a loose shoe as a top clamping fixture | |
 11. Apply clamps to seat Series III cuff on spacers |
 |
|
| 12. Wipe excess adhesive and allow to cure |
